It was a very successful season for Bobby and his #32 team as he finished with sixteen wins and a runner-up finish in the UMP national Crate points. He also is the UMP Illinois State Crate LM Points Champion. On the Super Late Model side, Bobby finished with sixteen top tens with a best finish of third. He also made two World of Outlaws starts. BPR would like to thank all the sponsors for their support. With the experience gained in 2010, anticipation is building for a great 2011 season!


$2,500 was on the line Saturday at Tri-City with the running of the Crate Late Model Championship. Bobby was the fast qualifier of the 43 Crates on hand. He was second in his heat and just missed collecting the big money as Bobby would come home second in the feature.


After picking up the heat race win and starting on the pole of the feature, Bobby would go on and win number sixteen on Saturday night at Tri-City Speedway. In the Super, Bobby finished third in his heat and ninth in the feature. A good weekend for the Short Cool One as he recorded his career best finish on Thursday, finished just outside the top ten on Friday, and notched another top ten on Saturday against some good Monster Midwest competitors.


Bobby gained some more Super LM experience over the weekend as he made his second WoO start on Saturday at I-55. He also made the Super LM field on Friday at Tri-City against many of the same WoO drivers. Bobby was third in the Crate LM Friday.


With the announcement today of the conclusion of the season at Farmer City, Bobby is the 2010 Crate Late Model Track Champion at FCR!


The #32 team made their way south with the Crate & Super Thursday night to visit the Mt. Vernon Raceway for the first time. It was a successful trip as Bobby picked up his first top five of the season finishing fourth! Bobby was third in the Crate.


lc072510Bobby and his #32 team were at the Lincoln Speedway Sunday night with both the Crate and the Super Late Model. The Monster Midwest Series was in town for the Supers. In the Crate, Bobby started on the pole and won his heat and started third in the feature. In the feature, Bobby would battle with the first and second place cars for several laps until finally separating himself from the field picking up his thirteenth win of the season. In the Super, Bobby was strong on the bottom, picking off cars lap by lap from his eleventh starting position to come home with a solid sixth place run.


With the closing of Pierce's Vermilion County Speedway today, Bobby is the Crate Late Model Track Champion at PVCS.


Bobby made his second Summer Nationals start Sunday at Quincy. He qualified second quick in his group and was second in his heat. In the feature, Bobby would come home twelfth. The next night at Spoon River, Bobby would again make the Summer Nationals feature field and move up from his eighteenth starting spot to come home eleventh. A successful couple races in the Super Late Model, gaining experience against a good field of cars.


Bobby and his #32 team scored win number eleven at Pierce's Vermilion County Speedway Saturday night. Bobby also took the heat race win.


The win total reached double figures Friday night as Bobby picked up his tenth win of the season and second at Tri-City Speedway! He also took the win in the heat race.


Bobby and his #32 team were at the Farmer City Raceway Friday night. Bobby won his heat race to start on the pole of the feature. In the feature, Bobby led all twenty laps to pick up his ninth win in sixteen starts this season.


Bobby picked up win number eight in the Crate Late Model on Saturday at Spoon River. On Monday it was time to race the other car, taking the Super Late Model to Pierce's Vermilion County Speedway where the UMP Summer Nationals were in town. Bobby qualified third in his group, ran third in his heat, and earned his fourth top ten of the season coming home with an eighth place finish.


What a weekend for Bobby and his #32 team! Instead of going to the Show-Me 100 in Missouri, BPR made the decision to stay local and focus on UMP Crate National Points as he was ranked sixth going into the weekend and what a great decision that was. On Sunday night at Tri-City, Bobby completed the weekend sweep by picking up the $750 victory. He was also victorious on Saturday at Spoon River and Friday at Farmer City.


BPR took the Crate Late Model to Spoon River Speedway on Saturday night where Bobby picked up his second feature win of the season! On Sunday night, it was time to race the other car, taking the Super to Pierce's Vermilion County Speedway for a Monster Midwest Series special. Finishing just outside the transfer spot in the heat race, Bobby would win the semi-feature and start 16th in the feature. Moving through the field in the 40 lap race, Bobby would come home seventh.


Bobby was at the Lincoln Speedway Friday night for the Land of Lincoln 50, World of Outlaws Series race. After getting caught up in a wreck on the first lap of the heat race which saw a fellow competitor land on the top of Bobby's right front, he would start the 11 car semi-feature from the last row. Using a smooth and patient approach on the high side of the track, Bobby started picking off cars every lap and coming to get the checkers he grabbed the third and final transfer position in a photo finish to the delight of the crowd and earned his first career WoO start. In the feature, Bobby gained valuable experience racing against a strong field of drivers, in a longer distance race, completing 49 of the 50 laps.


lc041710Bobby was pulling double duty on Saturday night at the Lincoln Speedway as he was piloting a Super Late Model and a Crate Late Model. In the Crate, Bobby took the heat race win and followed that up by recording his first feature win of the season and first win at Lincoln. Bobby used his front row starting position to jump into the lead and stayed there as he won by several car lengths. The Short Cool One is now the new points leader at Lincoln. In the Super, Bobby recorded his career best SLM finish of sixth against a strong field of Monster Midwest Series drivers.


Bobby made his second feature start in the Super Late Model Sunday night at Pierce's Vermilion County Speedway. After finishing fourth in his heat race, Bobby would start 10th in the feature lineup. At the drop of the green flag, he was on the move and would settle in in fifth spot the majority of the 40 lap feature. With a few laps remaining Bobby got too high and let two cars get under him causing him to settle for a seventh place finish. An impressive showing by the Short Cool One against a strong field of drivers.


Bobby made his Super Late Model debut Saturday night at the Brownstown (IN) Speedway. Bobby qualified fourth, ran third in his heat race, and stayed around the top ten in the feature. It was a successful debut for the Short Cool One. Bobby will be racing the Super Late Model this year along with the Crate.
