Third Consecutive 30-Win Season Highlights Bobby’s Outlaws Championship Year

Third Consecutive 30-Win Season Highlights Bobby’s Outlaws Championship Year

Across 96 starts, Bobby delivered a remarkable level of consistency and performance, recording 32 victories to mark his third consecutive 30-win season, along with 67 top-five finishes and 82 top-10s while competing against some of the best Dirt Late Model drivers in the country.

At the top of the list was Bobby’s second World of Outlaws Late Model Series championship, adding the 2025 crown to his 2023 title. The accomplishment marked another milestone in his career and further cemented his place among the sport’s elite, as he became just the fifth multi-time champion in series history. Bobby also claimed his second FloRacing Night in America Series championship, once again pairing the 2025 title with his 2023 championship.

Bobby’s season was defined not only by championships, but also by a string of crown jewel victories in some of the sport’s most prestigious events. He captured the $100,000 Dirt Track World Championship at Eldora Speedway for the second consecutive year. At Florence Speedway, Bobby continued his mastery of the North/South 100, earning his fourth career victory in the historic event with a $75,000 payday, extending a remarkable run that includes wins in 2016, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

The marquee wins continued at Lucas Oil Speedway, where Bobby claimed the $75,000 Show-Me 100 for the second time in his career, adding the 2025 victory to his previous win in 2017. Indoors, Bobby once again ruled The Dome at America’s Center, capturing the $70,000 Gateway Dirt Nationals and becoming the first three-time winner of the event with victories in 2017, 2018, and 2025. He also added a $50,000 World of Outlaws victory at Talladega Short Track in the Alabama Gang 100.

Dome Dominator: Bobby Becomes First Three-Time Gateway Dirt Nationals Winner

Dome Dominator: Bobby Becomes First Three-Time Gateway Dirt Nationals Winner

Bobby capped off a spectacular weekend inside The Dome at America’s Center by delivering a flawless performance in Saturday night’s Gateway Dirt Nationals, leading all 40 laps from the pole to earn the $70,000 victory and become the first three-time winner in event history.

The win — his 32nd of the 2025 season, perfectly matching his iconic No. 32 — closed out his season in storybook fashion.

After winning Thursday’s prelim and starting on the pole for the finale, Bobby wasted no time establishing control. He launched to the lead at the green and never gave it up, managing restarts, cautions, and the ever-changing 1/5-mile indoor surface with precision. Despite the tight confines and unpredictable nature of indoor racing, Bobby maintained a steady advantage, ultimately crossing the finish line 2.1 seconds ahead of the field.

“You just dream of things like this,” Bobby said. “Ever since this event came around, it was a spectacle from the beginning. I’ve watched it grow to what it is now. We got a packed house. I don’t see it stopping from growing. I think one day this place will probably be full from the tippy top. Thanks to these fans for making this all possible. We just won the Gateway Dirt Nationals three times. Let’s go!

A track this small, you’re going to have some cautions. As much as you love to get the lead right away, it makes the race feel like it’s 140 laps. You just have to get in that mind state and know what’s going to happen. Hit your marks on your restarts. I kind of changed it up a couple of times — I think that gave me a little bit of an edge too.

Turn one was tricky, bouncing through that hole. A couple of times I felt like I was hitting it perfect and then I’d come off the ground, and a couple of times I’d go in there thinking I really messed it up and the car would go around perfectly. Luckily, I didn’t have to deal with lap cars too much, and some of the cautions fell when I needed them to.

Awesome weekend. Had some luck on our side and all the hard work paid off. It’s great when that happens.”

Pit Crew Sets the Table, Bobby Delivers in Gateway Dirt Nationals Opener

Pit Crew Sets the Table, Bobby Delivers in Gateway Dirt Nationals Opener

Bobby kicked off the Gateway Dirt Nationals in dominant fashion Thursday night, earning a $10,000 victory on the tight 1/5-mile temporary oval built inside The Dome at America’s Center. Bobby started on the pole and led 21 of 25 laps to secure the win and set the tone for the weekend.

Bobby’s front-row starting spot came thanks to his crew’s stellar performance earlier in the evening. Two members of the team posted the fastest time in the pit crew competition, changing the right-rear tire in 33 seconds, the quickest run among the six heat race winners.

When the green flag dropped, Bobby slipped back to second, but it didn’t take long for the “Smooth Operator” to reclaim control. Coming to the flag stand on lap four, Bobby built momentum off the top side and executed a clean slide job into turn one to take the lead.

From there, Bobby never looked back. Through multiple cautions and heavy lapped traffic, he maintained a comfortable advantage over the field, keeping his car smooth and stable around the tight indoor circuit. He led the rest of the way to capture his fifth Dome win of his career.

“I figured the top might have been the fastest lane,” Bobby said. “That bottom is so dang slick. And then the top eventually got slick too. But the lap before I did it (pass for the lead), I noticed that he wasn’t running all the way up on the cushion. And it was probably a matter of time before he found that line. So, I had to do it quickly and whether it was going to be the cleanest one or not to throw it in there. But it was pretty good. Good for here. This place is so tight. But as tight as it is, it has some good racing. And I feel like we had a pretty good car.

I got to give a huge thanks to my guys and that tire challenge there. It made things a ton easier. This win definitely goes out to those guys. They deserved it. All the hard work paid off, getting this car ready. Just an awesome start to the weekend.”

Bobby Rallies from Deep in the Field to Clinch Second FloRacing Night in America Championship!

Bobby Rallies from Deep in the Field to Clinch Second FloRacing Night in America Championship!

Bobby capped off an intense weekend at Senoia (GA) Raceway with a gritty comeback drive that sealed his second FloRacing Night in America Series championship, adding the 2025 crown to his 2023 title. Starting 19th in Saturday’s $30,000-to-win, 75-lap feature, Bobby clawed his way forward all night in one of his most determined performances of the season.

With 42 laps remaining, Bobby had worked his way into the top ten. A restart with 29 to go proved pivotal—when trouble unfolded in front of him, he slipped through the chaos on the bottom, jumping from seventh to third.

But the momentum took a hit with 22 laps to go, when a flat tire forced Bobby to pit while running third. Restarting at the tail of the field, he charged forward yet again, storming back to a sixth-place finish at the checkers—enough to secure the championship.

“This has been the most stressful weekend I think I’ve had in a long time,” Bobby admitted. “Last night, we struggled early on. I really thought that the gains we made would have propelled us to qualify better tonight. And it didn’t. So, there I was, starting in that same row again. I told my guys, I was like, it’s going to take another miracle run from the back. And luckily, the race track was awesome. It allowed us to race top and bottom, a little bit of middle. Hats off to Senoia Raceway on the great track.”

“I got to give a huge shout to my guys. They worked their butts off all weekend. Every time we were in the pits, we were making changes to the car. Not just little changes—like shocks off left and right. We had a mess going on back there. Everything worked out this weekend.”

TWO-TIME WORLD OF OUTLAWS SERIES CHAMPION!!

TWO-TIME WORLD OF OUTLAWS SERIES CHAMPION!!

Bobby wrapped up the World of Outlaws campaign by securing his second series championship, adding the 2025 title to his 2023 crown. With the accomplishment, Bobby becomes just the fifth multi-time champion in series history.

Over the course of the 2025 season, Bobby’s consistency and drive were unmatched. He collected 11 wins at 10 different tracks, along with 27 top-five finishes and 34 top-10s in 43 starts. The title marks his second championship in three years, a testament to his team’s relentless effort and dedication throughout the long season.

“It feels just awesome,” Bobby said. “We worked very hard this year; it’s been a long year. Can’t thank my team enough and everybody that supports me. Sponsors, fans, my family, crew, friends, just everybody that helps out. Just a long season, we got her done.”

The second title carried a special kind of satisfaction for Bobby, who knows how hard it is to repeat success at the national level. “Sometimes you win things for the first time and you never know if you’re going to win it again,” Bobby said. “So, to do it twice is like, ‘Alright, we’re definitely meant to be here. Now, we’ll try to go and win it a third time.’”

Reflecting on his growth and experience since joining the World of Outlaws tour full-time, Bobby added, “Over the last three years of running the Outlaws, and venturing out, I’m definitely more well-rounded.”

After a season filled with wins, battles, and determination, Bobby once again stood atop the World of Outlaws standings — a two-time series champion, and a driver still hungry for more.

Bobby Goes Back-to-Back with $100,000 Dirt Track World Championship Win at Eldora

Bobby Goes Back-to-Back with $100,000 Dirt Track World Championship Win at Eldora

Bobby delivered a statement performance Saturday night at Eldora (OH) Speedway, capturing the $100,000 Dirt Track World Championship with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series — his second consecutive victory in the prestigious event.

Starting 13th in the 100-lap feature, Bobby steadily worked his way forward, breaking into the top ten with 85 laps remaining. With 74 to go, he slid into fifth in turn four, then powered to fourth down the backstretch on lap 33. A restart with 65 to go briefly shuffled him back to sixth, but he wasted no time charging back, executing a bold double slider in turn three with 63 to go to retake fourth.

The next lap, Bobby continued his charge, sliding into third in turn four and then into second in turn one with 56 to go. Just six laps later, he threw a slider in turn four to take the lead, but the battle was far from over. What followed was a back-and-forth “sliderfest” at the front of the field, with Bobby and the leader trading moves through multiple cautions and restarts.

With 43 laps to go, Bobby made the decisive pass — sliding into the lead in turn one and powering down the backstretch to take command for good. From there, he held off every challenge through several late-race restarts to secure the victory and become a back-to-back Dirt Track World Champion.

The win was also a milestone moment — Bobby’s 30th victory of the season, marking the third consecutive year he’s reached the 30-win plateau.

“I really wanted this win,” Bobby said in victory lane. “This pink car gave us some troubles. Everyone said it was bad luck. We all put our minds together last night. My dad probably didn’t get much sleep. All my guys, the hard work paid off this weekend. It just feels awesome.”

Bobby also took time to thank the fans who turned out for the Lucas season finale: “A huge shout out to these fans for coming out, supporting, buying the merch, supporting us with this pink car and all the schemes we do. We’re going to have another cool scheme at the Dome. Get ready for that.”

After a stretch away from victory lane, this one meant a little extra. “I was getting a little worked up there at the scales because it’s been a month and a half since I won a race,” Bobby admitted. “And that’s kind of rare for me. This is awesome. I haven’t been to victory lane in a while, so this feels good.”

Bobby Charges to Runner-Up Finish in Bayou Classic Thriller

Bobby Charges to Runner-Up Finish in Bayou Classic Thriller

Bobby came up one spot short of the $50,000 top prize Saturday night at Boothill (LA) Speedway, finishing second after an all-out battle for the win in the 70-lap World of Outlaws Bayou Classic.

Starting ninth, Bobby slipped back to 11th early before finding his rhythm and charging forward. By lap 14, he had climbed into the top five, running fifth when the caution waved on lap 17. After the restart, he picked off another spot to move into fourth. A caution on lap 42 reset the field—and from there, the show was on.

On the restart, the front runners hugged the bottom, but Bobby jumped to the high side and started rolling. He blasted to third on lap 43, then grabbed second on lap 60. Over the final ten laps, fans were treated to a “sliderfest” for the win, with Bobby throwing everything he had at the leader.

Coming to the white flag, Bobby slid into the lead in turn four, the two drivers crossing the stripe side by side with just one lap to go. He continued to fight to the finish, ultimately coming up just short and settling for a hard-fought runner-up result in a thriller.

“We got through there pretty good in the beginning, kind of hung around there in the middle. Then that caution came out with 29 to go. I was like, it’s go time now. There’s a little bit of cushion up here. We’re going to go for it. And it was a heck of a race,” Bobby said.

Reflecting on the final laps, he added, “We were side by side at the white flag and we were rubbing down the front stretch and went into turn one. I thought I had him. I didn’t really get a great entrance to turn one and there wasn’t really much cushion until you got to turn two and that’s the spot he was in. I got right there and then he was kind of right where I needed to be. Even then, going down the back stretch, I thought I had another shot at it because he went to protect. I was like, all right, here we go. And I just kind of hung up there in turn three. Couldn’t get enough to run down the hill.”

“Not from a lack of effort,” Bobby said. “We’ve been trying everything, somewhat throwing the kitchen sink at it. Matt (Langston) was helping me some this weekend trying to get me going. We were right there, just second both nights. I’ve been here four races — I got three seconds and a first. So, we’ll take it and move on. I can’t thank these fans enough for coming out and watching. Lots of Pierce shirts in the stands. Thank you for the support.”

Bobby Battles to Podium in Jackson 100 at Brownstown

Bobby Battles to Podium in Jackson 100 at Brownstown

Bobby turned in a strong performance Saturday night at Brownstown (IN) Speedway, finishing third in the prestigious $50,000-to-win Jackson 100 with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.

Starting ninth in the 100-lap feature, Bobby wasted little time moving forward. By lap nine, he was already inside the top five, then made a bold outside move on the front stretch that carried him past two cars into third with 81 laps remaining. Just one lap later, he powered into second running the high line, and with 78 to go, Bobby slid into the lead in turn four.

For much of the first half of the race, Bobby set the pace, driving away from the field before a restart with 55 laps to go shuffled him back to second. Another restart with 35 to go saw him slip to third, but he stayed in the mix, trading second position multiple times in the closing laps before ultimately securing a third-place podium finish.

Reflecting on the night, Bobby said, “A lot of times here I’ve been good in the beginning of the race. It’s a great feeling when you drive from ninth to the lead and then you’re driving away from them. But it was so early in the race still, heck, we had a whole ‘nother feature to go. It was like 50 to go still at that point. I knew the track was going to change some and once the speed slowed down a little bit, I feel like that’s when I struggle, just keeping the car in the race track once we get that slow and we’re just crawling around there.”

While he wanted more, Bobby left the night feeling encouraged: “This kind of feels like a win because we’ve been not struggling but we just haven’t been running up front like we want to so this feels pretty good.”

Bobby Controls Arrowhead for $20,000 Sooner State Showdown Victory

Bobby Controls Arrowhead for $20,000 Sooner State Showdown Victory

Starting from the pole at Arrowhead (OK) Speedway, Bobby put on a masterclass through lapped traffic, dominating the World of Outlaws Sooner State Showdown for $20,000 on Saturday night. The triumph was his 11th WoO win of the season—his fourth in a row—and the 42nd of his career, tying him for fifth all-time. It also marked career win No. 350 across all divisions.

Bobby slipped to second on the opening circuit, then regrouped after a lap-3 caution. At the stripe on lap 4, he dove low, slid into turn one, and claimed the lead. From there, the ‘Smooth Operator’ went to work in traffic, catching the tail of the field by lap 11 and carving through backmarkers with precision.

He built a 2.0-second cushion by lap 20, and by lap 29 had three lapped cars separating him from second place. The margin ticked up—2.1 seconds on lap 30, 2.2 on lap 31—as Bobby methodically stretched the gap. He had lapped up to 11th by lap 41, surviving a major scare that same lap when a lapped car bobbled up the track and Bobby had to swerve right to avoid contact.

A lap-43 caution erased what had been a 2.4-second advantage, but the final restart went Bobby’s way. He managed the closing laps cleanly and won by 1.6 seconds at the checkers.

“This track is a lot like a track I grew up racing a lot of laps on, which is Tri-City,” Bobby said. “The old Tri-City, anyways—it would get just like that. How it had lots of stripey spots. And one lap, you kind of push. The next lap, you slide. And you just got to hit it right. And it gets up there to the wall. All weekend it hadn’t widened out that much. This is a very wide track. And it got really wide tonight. A lot of fun. Lots of room to maneuver around past the lap cars. And that was a lot of fun going through lap traffic. Felt like we were getting through there really good. Car was pretty maneuverable as long as I got it turned. An awesome weekend for us. I always wanted to come here for a long time. Finally, to be here in front of these Oklahoma fans—thank you, guys, for coming out. What an awesome week.”

With the points race on his mind, Bobby added: “We’re just trying to gain the point lead, grow it as much as we can. We had about this point lead and then we had a couple of rough nights. Now we’re back on track.”

Bobby’s Arrowhead Triumph Marks 14th Different State Victory with Outlaws

Bobby’s Arrowhead Triumph Marks 14th Different State Victory with Outlaws

Bobby captured the $12,000 World of Outlaws Sooner State Showdown in a thrilling 40-lap feature Friday night at Arrowhead (OK) Speedway, marking his first win in Oklahoma and his 14th different state victory with the Outlaws.

Starting from fifth, Bobby faced early adversity as he fell back to sixth, but by lap five, he was already moving forward, taking fifth place and beginning his march on the top side of the track. By lap 11, he executed a move down the backstretch to grab fourth, and on lap 13, he was already running third.

Navigating through lapped traffic became crucial in the middle stages of the race. Bobby showcased his skill on lap 21, sliding into second out of turn two using a lapped car as a pick. From there, he quickly closed the gap on the leader, eventually making the decisive move for the lead on lap 33 with a textbook slider out of turn two.

A caution on lap 36 set up a five-lap shootout, but Bobby was unfazed. Leading by 1.5 seconds before the yellow, he navigated the final laps flawlessly, pulling away to a two-second victory.

“It’s awesome to be here in Oklahoma, get the win. I was really looking forward to this track. Been looking forward to it for a long time now. Just never knowing how a track’s going to race. A lot of times it comes to you quickly, but we definitely needed the laps last night. This track’s a little tricky in certain spots and just had to learn it. Had to make a notebook,” Bobby said after the win.

Bobby credited his team for the turnaround, noting, “We changed the setup quite a bit there before the feature. I wasn’t really happy with it after the heat race and it was a lot better. I can’t thank my crew enough. My dad, Jeff, Austin, Justin, Darian, my mom, Abby, selling shirts, all these fans coming out.”

Wrapping up the night, Bobby reflected on Arrowhead Speedway itself: “Arrowhead Speedway, what an awesome facility. Can’t wait to come back again and can’t wait to race again tomorrow.”
