Bobby Tames Cushion for Lincoln Park Victory

Bobby Tames Cushion for Lincoln Park Victory

Bobby earned another $20,000 payday Wednesday night, winning the FloRacing Night in America feature at Lincoln Park (IN) Speedway.

Starting third in the 50-lap main event, Bobby settled into the third position during the opening circuits before an early caution on the second lap regrouped the field.

Choosing the outside lane for the restart, Bobby powered into second down the backstretch and quickly challenged for the lead. He pulled alongside the race leader entering turn one before another caution slowed the action with 42 laps to go.

On the ensuing restart, Bobby briefly slid into the lead entering turn one but couldn’t make the pass stick, settling back into second.

The decisive moment came on lap 11.

With the race leader suffering a flat tire, Bobby inherited the top spot. The remaining distance was anything but easy, however, as Bobby had to fend off a series of restarts to keep the field behind him.

A caution with 36 laps to go erased his early advantage, while another yellow on lap 27 interrupted his rhythm just as he began working through lapped traffic.

By lap 33, Bobby had stretched his lead to 1.4 seconds. Heavy side-by-side lapped traffic with eight laps remaining briefly allowed the runner-up to close within a car length before another caution on the next lap erased Bobby’s advantage once again.

On the ensuing restart, Bobby quickly regained control and rebuilt his lead to 1.4 seconds over the closing laps to secure the $20,000 victory.

“That’s one of the toughest cushions we’ve had this year,” Bobby said. “It’s very nerve-wracking, but it was fun to run. It was so different in each corner.”

The victory also carried extra significance after a pair of recent crown jewel races.

“Feel like we got that monkey off our back from the World and the North-South,” Bobby said. “We put our heads down, went back to work. This car is really fast. I think we got a good package. We’re going to keep working on it and improving it.”

Following the victory, Bobby directed the event’s $2,000 Angel Donor charitable contribution to Megan’s Mission Foundation, which supports childhood cancer research.

“First off, thank you. Whoever does that, that’s really cool,” Bobby said. “For the duration of the month and into October, we’re doing a Megan’s Mission Foundation ribbon deal on the roof. Thank you to everyone that did that. It’s going to go to Megan’s Mission to help fight childhood cancer and everything they do. I know they’ve been working hard to find a cure for that specific cancer. Shout out to the Bugg family and Gary with Low Voltage Solutions for working that deal together.”

The victory marked another $20,000 payday for Bobby and the No. 32 team as they continue to build momentum late in the season.

Bobby Leads Every Lap in Cotton Pickin’ Victory

Bobby Leads Every Lap in Cotton Pickin’ Victory

Bobby returned to Victory Lane Saturday night, leading all 60 laps to capture the $20,000 Cotton Pickin’ at Magnolia (MS) Motor Speedway.

After setting fast time in qualifying and winning his heat race during Friday’s preliminary action, Bobby earned the pole position for Saturday’s 60-lap feature.

From there, the No. 32 team never looked back.

Bobby paced the field from the drop of the green flag, controlling the race from start to finish while never facing a serious challenge. He crossed the finish line 2.021 seconds ahead of the field to secure another victory at one of his favorite tracks after also winning at Magnolia earlier this season in World of Outlaws competition.

“I really loved being able to maneuver around these wide corners,” Bobby said in Victory Lane. “Magnolia is one of my favorite tracks, so really fun to come here and thanks to all these fans for coming out.”

The victory added another $20,000 payday to Bobby’s outstanding 2026 season and continued his success at Magnolia.

Bobby Extends Record Season with 20th World of Outlaws Victory at Adams County

Bobby Extends Record Season with 20th World of Outlaws Victory at Adams County

Bobby continued his historic World of Outlaws Late Model Series campaign Friday night, charging from the sixth starting position to win the $20,000 Southwest Iowa Shootout at Adams County (IA) Speedway.

After settling into fifth during the opening laps, Bobby quickly began carving his way toward the front. He advanced to fourth by lap four and crossed the line in third one lap later before sliding into second entering turn one.

A caution on lap six found Bobby trailing the leader by 2.3 seconds, but it also presented an opportunity.

On the restart, Bobby wasted no time, throwing a slider entering turn one to briefly grab the lead before another caution negated the move and sent him back to second for the next restart.

The battle at the front was just beginning.

A less favorable restart allowed Bobby to settle back into second as he continued searching for a way around the leader. He made another bid for the top spot entering turn one, but couldn’t quite make the pass stick before a caution on lap 12 reshuffled the field once again.

Following the restart, Bobby slipped to third but quickly regrouped, reclaiming second at the flagstand on lap 15 while trimming the leader’s advantage to 1.5 seconds.

As the race settled into a long green-flag run, Bobby steadily reeled in the leader. A close call with a lapped car on lap 25 briefly slowed his momentum, but it wasn’t enough to derail the charge.

Three laps later, Bobby slid underneath the leader entering turn one and briefly took command before the position changed hands again. This time, however, Bobby wasn’t finished.

On the following lap, Bobby completed the winning pass down the backstretch and never looked back.

A caution on lap 30 brought the field back together, but Bobby immediately reestablished control. He stretched his advantage to 2.1 seconds by lap 32, increased it to 2.5 seconds one lap later, and built a three-second lead before another caution on lap 35 erased the margin.

The final restart proved no different.

Bobby quickly drove away once again, rebuilding his lead to 2.5 seconds with four laps remaining before crossing the finish line 3.1 seconds ahead of the field for his 20th World of Outlaws victory of the season.

“I was devastated when I-80 went away,” Bobby said. “I think this is I-80. It has those long straightaways with those tight corners and a nice amount of flat on the bottom and then progressive banking on up.”

Bobby credited an earlier visit to the speedway for helping him find the winning line.

“Really glad I came here for the Lucas race to learn for tonight,” he said. “We definitely learned a lot. It’s a fine line up there on the top. Luckily, I was able to stay on it. You throw it in there and the crumbs from the bottom might be there and sometimes they might not be. I felt like when I caught Nick, those crumbs moved from the bottom to the top entering turn three. I sent it in there hoping it would stick, and it got a good bite right there.”

The constantly changing surface demanded Bobby’s full attention throughout the 45-lap feature.

“It takes a lot of focus; it’s very mentally draining,” he said. “But that’s what I like. I like it when it’s kind of finesse on the top and you could roll the bottom and do a diamond line through the middle with lots of different lines. It was a lot of fun.”

The victory marked Bobby’s 20th World of Outlaws triumph of the season, extending his record-setting campaign.

Bobby Sets World of Outlaws Single-Season Wins Record with Hawkeye 100 Victory

Bobby Sets World of Outlaws Single-Season Wins Record with Hawkeye 100 Victory

Bobby made World of Outlaws Late Model Series history Saturday night, winning the $25,000 Hawkeye 100 at Maquoketa (IA) Speedway to record his 19th series victory of the season and set a new mark for the most wins in a single year.

Starting from the outside of the front row, Bobby wasted little time taking command of the 60-lap feature. He completed a slide job entering turn four on the opening lap to grab the lead before an early caution on lap three regrouped the field.

Another caution on lap 14 briefly interrupted Bobby’s momentum after he encountered lapped traffic with a half-second advantage, but each restart only strengthened his grip on the race.

By lap 17, Bobby had stretched his lead to 1.2 seconds before another yellow slowed the field.

Once racing resumed, the No. 32 machine steadily pulled away.

Bobby opened a 2.5-second advantage by lap 25 and continued to increase the margin as the race wore on. He led by 2.8 seconds three laps later before extending the gap to three seconds on lap 35.

The separation only continued to grow.

By lap 36, Bobby’s lead had reached 3.5 seconds. As the closing laps ticked away, he continued to put distance between himself and the field, stretching the advantage to 3.8 seconds on lap 51, four seconds one lap later, and 4.5 seconds with five laps remaining.

Bobby crossed the finish line 4.7 seconds ahead of the competition to secure the victory in dominant fashion and etch his name into the World of Outlaws record book.

“I never thought that would have happened,” Bobby said of setting the single-season wins record. “It took me forever to get an Outlaw win until 2021. It was a hard time getting it.”

“Once we did, and once we started running this series, they just started coming. I can’t thank everyone enough that’s got me to this point, whether it’s my family or any crew I’ve ever had, and a lot of dedication from everybody, and sponsors, and all the fans for the support. It takes so much to keep this thing going.”

After years of building one of Dirt Late Model racing’s most consistent programs, Bobby reflected on what the accomplishment meant.

“We’re definitely going to soak it in,” he said.

Bobby also credited the versatility of his race car, which allowed him to adapt to every groove around the speedway.

“The car felt awesome,” he said. “This thing went around the track phenomenal. You always love it when a car gives you the chance to try numerous lines. I could go bottom. I could go top. I could kind of roll the middle, or kind of go up, bump the cushion, turn down the hill, and go.”

The victory placed Bobby alone atop the World of Outlaws record book for most series wins in a single season, another milestone in an already unforgettable 2026 campaign.

Bobby Reaches 25-Win Mark with Marshalltown Victory

Bobby Reaches 25-Win Mark with Marshalltown Victory

Bobby continued his winning ways Tuesday night, claiming the $20,000 FloRacing Night in America victory at Marshalltown (IA) Speedway for his 25th triumph of the 2026 season.

Starting fourth in the 50-lap feature, Bobby wasted little time working his way toward the front. He slid into second entering turn one on the opening lap and immediately set his sights on the race leader.

With 39 laps remaining, Bobby pulled alongside the leader down the backstretch and completed a slide job entering turns three and four. The leader answered with a crossover move to reclaim the top spot, but Bobby remained firmly in contention.

The decisive pass came just three laps later.

As the leader drifted high entering turn one while approaching lapped traffic, Bobby seized the opportunity and drove underneath to take command with 36 laps to go.

A caution one lap later erased his early advantage, but Bobby remained in control on the restart.

Another caution with 16 laps remaining again brought the field back to his rear bumper, yet Bobby quickly settled back into rhythm and began pulling away over the closing stages.

By the time the race reached four laps to go, Bobby had stretched his lead to 2.3 seconds. He continued to build on that advantage, crossing the finish line 2.7 seconds ahead of the field to secure the win.

“I didn’t want a caution to happen while I was in second,” Bobby said. “I wanted to get the lead, but definitely give it a little time to not burn my edges off.”

Once out front, Bobby said his race car was exactly what he needed around the Iowa oval.

“The car was good,” he said. “It was a dream to drive this car. Definitely just love the way it felt around here. Shout out to Longhorn Dynamics and the chassis shop. Everyone working hard back there at Longhorn.”

The victory marked Bobby’s 25th overall win of the season, adding another $20,000 payday to an already outstanding campaign.

Bobby Masters Cedar Lake for Third USA Nationals Victory

Bobby Masters Cedar Lake for Third USA Nationals Victory

Bobby added another crown jewel victory to his outstanding 2026 season Saturday night, charging from the 10th starting position to claim the 39th USA Nationals at Cedar Lake (WI) Speedway and the $100,000 top prize.

After settling into seventh during the opening laps, Bobby used an outside move on lap seven to advance to sixth as the bottom groove dominated the early stages of the 100-lap feature.

Patience proved to be the key.

Bobby remained in sixth for the next 40 laps while methodically waiting for the race to come to him. As the preferred groove began to widen, he finally broke through on lap 47, taking over fifth while trailing the leader by four seconds.

The charge quickly intensified.

By lap 53, Bobby had climbed to fourth and cut the deficit to 2.7 seconds. Two laps later, the race’s first caution flew just as he completed a pass for third, allowing him to line up on the inside of the second row for the double-file restart.

Bobby immediately capitalized.

He slid into second on the restart before another caution on lap 57 reshuffled the field. Although he briefly fell back to third, Bobby regrouped and reclaimed the runner-up spot down the backstretch on lap 66.

The race-winning move came after another restart.

Following a caution on lap 68, Bobby launched from the outside of the front row, carrying tremendous momentum around the top before sliding into the lead entering turn one.

From there, the pressure never let up.

Cautions on laps 71, 75, 79 and 94 repeatedly erased Bobby’s advantage and forced him to execute restart after restart with $100,000 on the line. Each time, he answered the challenge, rebuilding his lead to as much as 2.5 seconds while navigating heavy lapped traffic during the closing stages.

When the final checkered flag waved, Bobby crossed the finish line 1.1 seconds ahead of the field to earn his third career USA Nationals victory.

“Pretty early on I was good,” Bobby said in Victory Lane. “When we were all rolling the bottom, I was able to dip out a lane off the bottom and pass them right through the middle before getting back down. I was like, ‘Okay, we’ve got something to work with.’”

Rather than forcing the issue early, Bobby trusted the race would eventually come to him.

“I just knew to be patient,” he said. “I knew at some point in time we had to get to the top, and I went to the top.”

The decisive restart came after the lap-68 caution, when Bobby used the outside lane to perfection to take command.

“I had to time it perfectly,” Bobby said. “He actually still beat me off four, but I had such a run and I was like, ‘Man, I’ve got to go for it.’ I sent it in there, and for 100 grand on the line, it was just a nerve-wracking race to hold on to for the rest of it.”

As the closing laps unfolded, Bobby relied on experience to navigate the increasingly slick racing surface.

“The top side had really gotten slick,” he said. “Those last couple of restarts, I kind of used every trick in the book that I knew. I really didn’t know where to restart, so luckily it worked out. My guys gave me an awesome car.”

The victory carried added meaning as Bobby’s father was able to celebrate the milestone alongside the team.

“It’s super special,” Bobby said. “My dad’s the backbone of our team. He’s getting there, but it’s a slow comeback to 100 percent. To have him here, it just means the world. I’m so blessed to have my parents at the track all the time and all the help they do. It really takes a lot of people to make this all work.”

The triumph marked Bobby’s third USA Nationals crown jewel victory, his 18th World of Outlaws triumph of the season to tie the series’ single-season wins record, and the 60th World of Outlaws victory of his career.

Bobby Charges from 12th to Half Mile Hustle Victory at Adams County

Bobby Charges from 12th to Half Mile Hustle Victory at Adams County

Bobby stormed from the 12th starting position Tuesday night to capture the $15,000 Half Mile Hustle at Adams County (IA) Speedway, adding another Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory to his outstanding 2026 campaign.

A caution on the second lap found Bobby already up to ninth, but he briefly slipped back to 10th before beginning a steady march through the field. By lap five, he had climbed back to ninth and advanced to eighth just two circuits later.

The charge continued.

With 29 laps remaining, Bobby moved into seventh before making an impressive bottom-side pass entering turn one one lap later to vault into fifth.

Another strong move underneath a competitor entering turn one moved Bobby into fourth with 25 laps to go, but a caution before the lap could be completed sent him back to fifth for the restart.

It proved to be only a temporary setback.

At the completion of lap 16, Bobby had worked his way back to fourth before throwing a slider entering turn one for third. The move briefly paid off, but he climbed too high exiting the corner and dropped off the top ledge of the racing surface, surrendering the positions and falling back to fifth.

Undeterred, Bobby regrouped and returned to work.

With 20 laps remaining, he reclaimed fourth at the flagstand before pulling off one of the race’s boldest moves the following lap. Carrying tremendous momentum off the top, Bobby dove to the middle and made it three-wide at the flagstand before sliding into third entering turn one. Although he couldn’t quite make the pass stick and settled back into fourth, the aggressive charge showed he had one of the fastest cars on the track.

As the laps wound down, Bobby’s momentum only grew stronger.

With 13 laps remaining, he ripped the cushion through turns three and four to reclaim third before using the top side to perfection one lap later to move into second.

By lap 29, Bobby had closed rapidly on the race leader, whose car had begun trailing smoke.

Three laps later, Bobby made his first bid for the lead with a slide job entering turn three. The leader crossed back underneath to regain the position at the flagstand, setting up one final battle for the victory.

With five laps remaining, Bobby made the winning move.

Using a powerful run around the outside of the frontstretch, he drove around the leader entering turn one and completed the pass for good. A caution with three laps remaining erased his advantage and set up a single-file restart, but Bobby executed it flawlessly and drove away to claim the victory by 1.1 seconds.

“When I got to second was when I saw he started smoking,” Bobby said. “That was the first time I finally got clean air from me to him. It was oil and not tire smoke because it was getting on my shield. It was actually creating kind of a slip patch when I followed him off the corner, and I would lose him. We could have maybe raced it out if he didn’t have the issues, but we’ll never know. What an awesome car.”

The closing laps presented another challenge as mud quickly accumulated on Bobby’s helmet shield.

“I was wiping the shield every single straightaway,” he said. “I ran out of tear-offs probably 10 laps into the race with all that mud on the bottom.”

Bobby also praised the exciting style of racing the speedway produced.

“It was an awesome race. It was a lot of fun,” he said. “For a big track, it raced kind of like a small track. We were beating and banging on each other and throwing sliders.”

The impressive drive from 12th to Victory Lane added another memorable comeback victory to Bobby’s season and showcased the speed of the No. 32 team on yet another challenging race track.

Bobby Conquers Battle at the Border at Sharon

Bobby Conquers Battle at the Border at Sharon

Bobby added another World of Outlaws Late Model Series victory Saturday night, winning the $20,000 Battle at the Border at Sharon (OH) Speedway.

Starting third in the 60-lap feature, Bobby wasted little time moving into contention, taking over second at the flagstand to complete the opening lap.

From there, he stalked the race leader through the opening stages.

Several times Bobby dove to the bottom entering the corners and pulled alongside the leader, but each bid for the top spot came up just short as he remained within a half-second of the lead.

The opportunity finally came as lapped traffic entered the picture.

With the leader negotiating slower cars on lap 18, Bobby capitalized when the frontrunner bobbled on the cushion exiting turn two. Pulling alongside down the backstretch, Bobby completed the pass with a perfectly executed slide job in turns three and four to take command of the race.

A caution one lap later erased his early advantage, but Bobby remained in control on the restart.

By lap 30, he had opened a 2.4-second lead, a margin he maintained through lap 41 while continuing to adapt to the ever-changing racing surface.

Cautions on laps 45 and 47 again brought the field back to his rear bumper, but each time Bobby executed flawless restarts and quickly rebuilt his advantage. He stretched the lead back to two seconds by lap 51 and to 2.7 seconds with just three laps remaining before taking the checkered flag 1.4 seconds ahead of the field.

“This track gets super slippery,” Bobby said. “When we’re turning down across the hill and across the black, the tires are spinning. You have to wait and wait and wait. When you’re the leader, you just want to gas it, so it’s hard to do that. But I felt like we had our restarts pretty good.”

Bobby credited the team’s adjustments throughout the evening for giving him a race-winning car.

“The car was really good tonight,” he said. “Earlier, we were trying to find the balance, and in the feature the car felt really balanced and really good. A couple of tweaks we made throughout the night really helped.”

As the track continued to evolve, Bobby found himself constantly searching for the fastest groove.

“The track started kind of breaking up there towards the end with the rain they had yesterday,” he said. “I was trying to find some of those good spots, and some spots weren’t fast and some were. It was really fun and challenging. I kept changing my line even there in the lead. One lap was good in the middle, one lap was good on top, then the bottom kind of came back in. It’s fun when you have to chase the racetrack like that.”

The victory marked Bobby’s 17th World of Outlaws triumph of the season, adding another $20,000 payday to an already impressive campaign.

Bobby Sweeps Northern Swing with Sixth Straight World of Outlaws Victory

Bobby Sweeps Northern Swing with Sixth Straight World of Outlaws Victory

Bobby capped off a perfect World of Outlaws Northern Swing on Tuesday night, leading all 50 laps at Norman County (MN) Raceway to claim the $20,000 top prize and extend his winning streak to six consecutive series victories.

Starting from the outside of the front row, Bobby used the momentum around the high side of turns one and two to power alongside the polesitter before taking the lead down the backstretch on the opening lap.

Once out front, Bobby quickly settled into a comfortable rhythm.

By lap nine, he had built a 0.9-second advantage before reaching lapped traffic. Two laps later, a caution flew as Bobby carefully worked his way through slower cars running side-by-side, erasing the lead he had established.

The restart made little difference.

Bobby steadily pulled away once racing resumed, stretching his lead to 1.5 seconds by lap 26. As the laps wound down, he continued to methodically slice through lapped traffic, growing his advantage to two seconds by lap 38.

Over the final dozen laps, Bobby put an exclamation point on another dominant performance.

Navigating traffic with precision, he steadily increased his lead and crossed the finish line 5.3 seconds ahead of the field to secure his 16th World of Outlaws victory of the season.

“This is just crazy,” Bobby said. “We’ve been on runs before, but it’s been a heck of a run ever since we got this new car out at Eldora. It’s been a beast.”

Bobby credited the entire team for maintaining the momentum during one of the hottest stretches of his career.

“I can’t do it without the help from everyone that helps me out,” he said. “Whether that’s the fans for their support, my sponsors, my crew, my family—it takes a lot.”

He also praised the effort that goes into staying prepared between races.

“I’ve got to give thanks to the crew,” Bobby added. “We’re working hard, and on all these in-between days of our races we’ve been working and making sure we stay on our game. That’s what it takes to win these six races in a row.”

The victory completed a sweep of the World of Outlaws Northern Swing for Bobby while extending his remarkable streak to six consecutive series wins. It also marked his 10th victory in his last 11 starts, continuing one of the most impressive runs of the season.

Bobby Dominates Rain-Shortened Minot Mayhem at Nodak

Bobby Dominates Rain-Shortened Minot Mayhem at Nodak

Bobby continued his winning ways Sunday night, capturing the $20,000 Minot Mayhem at Nodak (ND) Speedway for his fifth consecutive World of Outlaws Late Model Series victory.

Starting from the outside of the front row, Bobby wasted no time taking command of the 50-lap feature.

Using a strong run around the top of turns one and two on the opening lap, Bobby dove to the bottom going down the backstretch and briefly made it three-wide for the lead before sliding from the bottom groove to the cushion in turn four to complete an impressive opening-lap pass for the top spot.

Once out front, Bobby quickly established himself as the driver to beat.

By lap five, he had stretched his advantage to more than one second before the first caution slowed the field. Another yellow on lap 13 interrupted his growing lead of two seconds, and a third caution on lap 19 came after Bobby had again opened a lead of more than two seconds.

Each restart brought the field back together, but Bobby consistently pulled away.

By lap 26, his lead had grown to more than 3.3 seconds as he continued to set the pace around the high-banked oval.

Before the race could reach its scheduled distance, rain moved into the area and forced officials to call the event complete after 38 laps, giving Bobby the victory in the rain-shortened feature.

The triumph marked Bobby’s 15th World of Outlaws victory of the season in just 34 series starts and his fifth consecutive win with the tour.

The victory also continued one of the hottest stretches of Bobby’s career, as he has now won nine of his last 10 starts and reached the 20-win mark overall in just 54 races this season.
