Taking the lead on the 18th lap, Bobby earned a hard-fought $10,000 victory and snapped Davenport’s three-race winning streak Friday night in the fourth round of the Wild West Shootout at Vado (NM) Speedway Park. “What a race,” Bobby said. “Whenever you can beat the 49 you have to be at the top of your game. Had a lot of fun out there. We finally made the right call on the tires. I can’t thank everybody enough for putting me in this position. Hats off to everybody, whether it’s the crew guys, sponsors, everyone helps me out. I want to dedicate this win to Penny Hoker’s sister, Molly. She’s battling breast cancer right now. Want her to know she is in our thoughts and prayers.”
