Taking the lead on the 13th lap from his outside front row starting spot, Bobby pulled away to capture the 25-lap North/South 100 Lucas Series prelim race Thursday night at Florence (KY) Speedway. “The track got very smooth, and I got a consistent line that I liked,” Bobby said. “Chilton gave me a run for my money there early in the race. I eventually got that bottom to stick, and the car was really good.” Bobby earned $5,000 for his 15th career Lucas Series victory.
