Bouncing back after falling out of the prelim race while leading on Thursday, Bobby finished third in the Lucas Series Gopher 50 prelim Friday night at Deer Creek (MN) Speedway. He started fourth in the 25-lap race and battled with Overton for second for several laps before settling for third. "We were right there, but we just couldn’t make anything happen,” Bobby said. “It’s going to be a really fun show tomorrow night.”
